Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they will be governing the legal relationship between you and Silver Coins And Bars (hereafter referred to as the “Company”, “Us” and “We”) / silvercoinsandbars.com (hereafter
known as the Website). If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions then please do not use this Website. These Terms and Conditions may be amended and/or revised at any time by Us and at our sole discretion.

We strongly advise that you check periodically for changes.

Definitions:

  1. ‘Buyer’ means the party contracting with the Company to buy the goods/products as set under these Terms & Conditions.
  2. ‘Company’ means silvercoinsandbars.com and “Silver Coins And Bars”.
  3. ‘Details’ means any sensitive and/or personal data obtained by the Company in the course of the processing your query and/or order.
  4. ‘Goods’ means the products and/or goods that we supply on the Website under these Terms & Conditions.
  5. ‘Order’ means a purchase order issued by you to us in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  6. Transaction’ means the sale of the Goods under these terms & conditions by the Company to the Buyer.
  7. ‘Site/Website’ means the website found at URL: https://silvercoinsandbars.com.
  8. ‘you/your’ means a person using the Website for any purpose including the Buyer.9.
  9. ‘Us’ or ‘We’ means “Silver Coins And Bars” Company.

Requirements for Use of this Website:

  1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years or older in order to conduct a Transaction on this Website.
  2. You must provide us with all Details necessary to complete your Order and any subsequent Transaction(s).
  3. You must ensure that the personal Details you have provided are complete and correct. We will not bear any responsibility for any incorrect Details provided by You.
  4. You agree that if there are any changes to your personal Details during the Transaction, you will immediately inform the Company.
  5. You must be the duly authorised holder of the bank account/PayPal account used during the Transaction.
  6. You must accept and comply with these Terms & Conditions at all times.

Goods Prices & Payments:

  1. The current prices of the Goods are displayed on the Website within the relevant sections and are at the sole discretion of the Company.
  2. All Payments for Goods and/or Products must be completed and received before Goods or Products shall be shipped.
  3. Payment up to and including the sum of €1,000.00 (one thousand euros) may be made by Bank transfer.
  4. Payments made by Debit card or Credit card must be made through PayPal checkout & will automatically include a surcharge of 1.5% which is levied to offset charges imposed on Us by PayPal for such transactions.
  5. Once such a surcharge has been paid it is strictly non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation of the Order. In the event that the Customer, through system fault or intent, avoids the automatic levy of the 1.5% surcharge when
    using PayPal as a payment method, then the Company reserves the right to issue a request for payment of the surcharge by the Customer and to withhold delivery of the Order until such surcharge is paid.
  6. Payment must be made to Our bank account via Bank Transfer within 48 hours of an Order being placed. All Bank Transfer payments must include the Order Number generated by our system at Checkout to enable Us to match received payments
    with orders. If the Order Number is not included with the Bank Transfer Payment, such Order may be cancelled. Our Bank Details are supplied in the Order Confirmation email that We will email to you upon completion of your
    Order request. Please ensure that you check your spam email folder for emails from Us.
  7. We do not accept cash Payment or Payment on delivery under any circumstances. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE CASH DEPOSITS INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Cash deposits to Our Bank Account will not be refunded until the ORIGIN
    AND ownership OF SAID cash deposit can be proved to us to our absolute satisfaction and such proof required by us is at Our sole discretion.
  8. Any repayment of cash deposits received to Our Bank Account will be adjusted to reflect any and all charges imposed on us by Our Bank and will also be subject to a charge of €35 (thirty-five euros) to compensate us for the cost of staff time and resources utilised in settling the matter.
  9. We reserve the right at Our absolute and sole discretion to hold any and all payments made to Us by any means until all information has been settled to Our complete satisfaction.
  10. We reserve the right at Our absolute and sole discretion to withhold shipment of any and all related Order(s) until You provide us with all information and documentation that We may require, in compliance with any applicable law(s)
    and/or regulations.

Placing an Order:

  1. An Order can
    only be placed via the Website.
  2. The Details obtained by the Company are limited to the maximum extent of a secure and mutually beneficial Transaction. Any Details obtained in the course of the Transaction are protected by applicable Data Protection Act(s) and shall
    not be disclosed to any unauthorised third party, you may view the Data Protection Act at https://www.dataprotection.ie.
  3. By placing the Order, You confirm that all details contained in the Order are correct in all respects. The system will display a confirmation screen setting out the details of your Order, which we urge you to check re fully correct.
    A contract between You and silvercoinsandbars.com is formed when cleared Order payment funds are received into our bank account or PayPal account.
  4. We will send you an acknowledgment email immediately after you have placed your Order. When the Company dispatches the Goods/Products, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming dispatch. Please note that it is your
    responsibility to ensure that the contact email address that you provide to Us is correct. We keep a record of every email We send out. Should you fail to provide the correct email address and We re unable to contact you, you accept
    full responsibility for such failure of contact.
    We strongly advise that you contact us immediately if you do not receive the acknowledgment email within 30 minutes of placing Your Order.
  5. We will not dispatch the Goods/Products until full payment for the Buyer’s Order has been successfully received by Us.

The Company is not required to accept Your Order and the Order will not be accepted if;

  • The Company does not have the Goods in stock, upon which we will inform you,
  • The Company does not receive your payment within 48 hours of Order being placed,
  • There is an error on the Website regarding the price, details of the Goods/Products and/or available stock levels,
  • The Company suspects that any interference or improper procedure has taken place in respect of the online ordering or payment system during or after the online ordering or payment processes. In such circumstances a full report will
    be made to the appropriate authorities,
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any Order for any reason.

Order Cancellations:

  1. All provision of our services to you is covered by The Sale Of Goods And Supply Of Services Act, see further information at https://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/consumer/consumer-laws/your-consumer-rights/.
  2. These regulations govern the relationship between you and us for the protection of both parties.
  3. We undertake to process all refunds within 30 days notwithstanding any Terms & Conditions already stated above.
  4. Request for Cancellation of an Order must be made strictly in writing by email. The Company does not accept requests for Cancellations of Orders over the phone or by any other means. Any Cancellation request emails must be successfully
    received by the Company before we dispatch your order.
    It is your responsibility to ensure that you direct your cancellation email to the correct address at silvercoinsandbars@mail.com with the heading ORDER CANCELLATION. Under no circumstances can Cancellation of an Order be accepted
    once the Order has been dispatched. If an order has already been processed and wrapped for delivery, we will make a charge of €5.00 (five euros) to cover the cost of packaging and staff time.

Delivery:

  1. We aim to process all Orders within 48 hours of payment for said Order being cleared and received by Us.
  2. The delivery of any Goods/Products will be made strictly to the address given as the Shipping Address on the Order placed on our system.
  3. The delivery charge will be added to your order and will clearly appear in the checkout section at the end of the Transaction on the Website.
  4. Ownership and Title to the Goods/Products shall pass to the Buyer once the delivery process has been completed, i.e. the Goods have been signed for.
  5. All Goods/Products are shipped using An Post Registered Postal Delivery Service and we will inform you of the tracking number related to the Order. Under the conditions of An Post Registered Postal Delivery Service it is a duty of
    An Post to deliver the items to the named person at the address on the parcel. Please note that as stated above, the ownership of the Goods/Products passes to you upon signed delivery. It is your sole duty to ensure the parcel
    is signed for by an authorised person.
    We strongly advise that you be present at your premises to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for any delivery parcels delivered/left at an unattended address.
  6. It is your responsibility to carefully examine the parcel for evidence of any tampering or damage before signing for it, if you are not satisfied with the condition of the parcel then you may reject acceptance of the parcel, whereby
    it will be returned to us. If you are in any doubt as to the condition of the parcel but wish to accept delivery, we strongly advise that you open to parcel and inspect the contents before you accept delivery.
    If, for any reason, you do not accept delivery of the parcel, please inform us immediately by email at silvercoinsandbars@mail.com with the heading PARCEL NOT ACCEPTED FOR DELIVERY.
  7. If, for any reason,
    you do not receive Your Order within 3 working days of dispatch, please email us at silvercoinsandbars@mail.com with the heading ORDER NOT RECEIVED.
  8. A thorough investigation will be undertaken and a replacement Order, alternative delivery or refund may be arranged where appropriate at the sole discretion of the Company notwithstanding the above Terms & Conditions. We may
    charge you for the replacement Order while we investigate the reason for non delivery or we may charge you for the replacement Order at the completion of the investigation. We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for safe
    delivery beyond the handover to n Post of the relevant Order to the delivery address. We cannot accept any liability for fraudulent acts committed by any third party. We will not be responsible for any redirected items UNDER ANY
    CIRCUMSTANCES. Please contact An Post for advice if you have a redirection order in place.
  9. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays caused by any third party and factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control (including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, failures by An Post, traffic delays,
    mechanical failures or civil matters).

Data Protection:

  1. The Customer’s personal information and payment details will be strictly protected in accordance with applicable Data Protection Act(s).
  2. The Customer may request a copy of any information held by Silver Coins And Bars. We may charge the Customer an administration fee of €10.00 (ten euros) for providing such information. Information must be requested in writing by
    email at silvercoinsandbars@mail.com and will be sent by An Post ordinary post to the Customer’s address held by the Company. The Company may require that said request be stated in writing to the Company’s physical address.
  3. The Company will maintain records of the sale and purchase of Goods/Products for a minimum period of 6 years from the date of the Transaction.

Miscellaneous:

  1. Any dispute and all aspects of said dispute arising as to the Transaction between the Buyer and the Company shall be governed by Irish and subsequently European law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish
    and subsequently European courts.
  2. If any court finds provision of these Terms & Conditions to be wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the Terms & Conditions.
  3. No person or persona who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions shall acquire any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions. This paragraph does not affect
    any other rights which a party might be entitled to pursuant to that Act.

Other Services:

  1. We shall make charges for additional services, which we provide outside the scope of regular Account activity as set out below:
  2. Manual changes to Account information as requested by the Buyer,
  3. Manual resetting of Account access passwords if requested by the Buyer, at our sole discretion we will make a charge of €10.00 (ten euros) to cover staff time costs,
  4. Bank account or Paypal account details if requested by the Buyer, at our sole discretion we will make a charge of €250.00 (twenty-five euros) to cover staff time costs.
